Design, build, and optimize clinical education programs for an integrated health plan, aligning content with state, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Lead end-to-end instructional design across modalities (LMS administration, role-based pathways, CEU reporting), embed accessibility and health-equity standards, and produce multimedia learning assets using authoring tools. Partner with SMEs and clinical leaders to map roles, launch large-scale deployments, and automate workflows; track milestones and deliver data-driven evaluations to improve learner outcomes and operational efficiency.

Develop and present project charters, plans, and supporting documents while identifying project value and resource requirements. Oversight of LMS platform operations including course listing maintenance and e-learning product development, ensuring the team remains accountable for timelines, accuracy, and quality. Deliver projects on time and within budget by managing the scope, timeline, resources, and risk for complex projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define system requirements and maintaining complete and current program documentation and course content. Analyze data to support initiative objectives and use feedback from learners to continually improve course satisfaction and completion. Engage key stakeholders throughout project implementation, with project status presented to leadership. Facilitate team meetings and execute change management processes.

Work closely with subject matter experts to develop and design training content for in-person, online and webinar-based methodologies. Co-produce a company-wide webinar that updates clinical staff on current clinical guidance in various topical areas. Collaborate with the Clinical Senior Leadership Team to develop presentation content as needed. Co-led migration and implementation of company-wide learning management system and closely partner with Organizational Development and Learning to manage the company’s learning management system. Maintain departmental intranet site; including content updates and development of new areas.

Provide technical support for students, faculty and staff using the college’s learning management system and other instructional technologies. Train faculty in best practices and quality standards for online/distance education. Researched, implemented, and currently manage the College’s video streaming platform. Acquire grant funding for various projects to facilitate technological growth for the college.

Supervised students working on the editing process of a feature-length film and documentary. Completed editing projects for the college including ads for local television and social media distribution. Managed students working in the television studios who produced four live broadcasts a day. Developed and implemented an asset tracking and management system that allowed the college’s production equipment to be loaned to students.

Work with multiple clients to complete varying commissioned work from live video production to public address announcing and website design and management. Clients have included New Orleans Pelicans, Bossier Parish Community College Athletics, Northwestern State University Athletics, Centenary College of Louisiana Athletics, Shreveport Mudbugs Hockey, Bossier City Battlewings Arena Football, Louisiana High School Athletic Association, Minden – St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Telethon and Auction, First Baptist Church – Minden, Darrell Chitty Fine Art, Shreveport-Bossier City Sports Commission, Ark-La-Tex Sports Museum of Champions.
