Work closely with subject matter experts to develop and design training content for in-person, online and webinar-based methodologies. Co-led migration and implementation of company-wide learning management system and closely partner with Organizational Development and Learning to manage the company’s learning management system. Maintain departmental intranet site; including content updates and development of new areas.

Provide technical support for students, faculty and staff using the college’s learning management system and other instructional technologies. Train faculty in best practices and quality standards for online/distance education. Researched, implemented, and currently manage the College’s video streaming platform. Acquire grant funding for various projects to facilitate technological growth for the college.

Supervised students working on the editing process of a feature-length film and documentary. Completed editing projects for the college including ads for local television and social media distribution. Managed students working in the television studios who produced four live broadcasts a day. Developed and implemented an asset tracking and management system that allowed the college’s production equipment to be loaned to students.

Work with multiple clients to complete varying commissioned work from live video production to public address announcing and website design and management. Clients have included New Orleans Pelicans, Bossier Parish Community College Athletics, Northwestern State University Athletics, Centenary College of Louisiana Athletics, Shreveport Mudbugs Hockey, Bossier City Battlewings Arena Football, Louisiana High School Athletic Association, Minden – St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Telethon and Auction, First Baptist Church – Minden, Darrell Chitty Fine Art, Shreveport-Bossier City Sports Commission, Ark-La-Tex Sports Museum of Champions.
